Kizart had an solid all-around week for the Redhawks who went 2-0 to improve to 11-0 in AMCC play. In La Roche's victory over Carlow on Wednesday, Kizart finished with a loaded stat line of seven points, 11 rebounds, seven assists, four steals and three blocks. She followed that performance in Saturday's win over Pitt-Bradford, helping lead the team to a program record, 119 points, doing so with the first triple-double by a Redhawk since December 2012 and the first in the AMCC since January 2023. Kizart completed the triple-double without utilizing the rebounding category, as she scored 21 points with 10 assists, 10 steals and four rebounds. For the week, Kizart finished averaging 14 points, 7.5 rebounds, 8.5 assists, 7.0 steals and 1.5 blocks, while shooting 66.7% from the floor.

Benjamin led the Pioneers to a 2-0 week as she averaged 21.5 points per game and three steals while shooting 57.1% percent from the floor and 45% behind the arc. She opened the week with 21 points, four assists, and three steals in a win over Hilbert. Benjamin followed with a 22 point outing in the win over Pitt-Greensburg. With her 21 points against Hilbert, Benjamin became just the third Pioneer in program history to surpass the 1,000 career point mark.

Dunn put together yet another stellar week, as she lifted the Redhawks to two more victories, staying unbeaten in AMCC play. In Wednesday's victory over Mount Aloysius, Dunn scored 16 points, shooting 54.5% from the floor and 50% from three, while adding four rebounds, eight assists and three steals. She followed that performance in Saturday's win over Penn State Altoona with 30 points, making 10-of-19 from the floor, including six three-pointers. Dunn also had a double-double with 12 rebounds in the contest, four assists and another steal. For the week, Dunn averaged 23 points, shot 53.3% from the field (16-of-30), 52.9% from three (9-of-17), and 100% (5-for-5) from the free throw line. She also averaged eight rebounds, six assists and steals, steals for the week, including a 4.0 assist-to-turnover ratio.

Sayles produced her seventh and eighth double-doubles of the season to help power the Lions to a pair of AMCC wins last week. In Wednesday afternoon's road victory at Hilbert, she led all players in the game with 19 points and 16 rebounds to go along with two blocks and two assists. During Saturday afternoon's home triumph against Alfred State, the senior had a team-best 17 points and a game-high 18 rebounds while adding two steals, one block, and one assist. On the week, Avana averaged 18.0 points per game, 17.0 rebounds per game, 1.5 blocks per game, 1.5 assists per game, and 1.0 steal per game.

Fabin nearly averaged a double-double with 18.0 points and 9.7 rebounds in three games over the winter break. She recorded 18 points, 12 rebounds, six assists three steals and two blocks in a win over Bluffton then followed that up with 17 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists, two steals and block in a win over Hiram. Fabin rounded out the week with 19 points, seven rebounds, three steals, two assists, and two blocks in a road game at Baldwin Wallace.

Sayles notched her sixth double-double of the season in a road loss to non-conference opponent Waynesburg on Saturday. The senior finished the day with 17 points and 10 rebounds to go along with two steals, two blocks, and one assist.

Dunn was exceptional in the Redhawks lone game of the week, as La Roche defeated Carlow on Wednesday. Dunn finished the night with a loaded stat sheet, scoring 24 points on 50% from the field and 40% from three, while adding seven rebounds, 11 assists and four steals in the victory over the Celtics.

Kosmack delivered an outstanding three-game stretch, averaging 16.3 points per game while shooting an efficient 72.0 percent from the field. She totaled 49 points on 18-of-25 shooting, highlighted by a 20-point performance against Hilbert and an 18-point outing at Carlow, where she eclipsed the 1,000-career-point milestone. Kosmack also made a major impact on the boards and defensively, averaging 15.0 rebounds. She also added 3.7 assists, 3.3 blocks, and 1.0 steal per game as the Mounties went 3-0 last week.

PS-Altoona F Avana Sayles notched her third double-double of the season in Tuesday night's home win over Lycoming, finishing with 16 points and 10 rebounds while also recording three blocks, two steals, and one assist.

Kosmack put together a big week for the Mounties, playing all but one minute. The junior started with 15 points and 17 rebounds against Saint Vincent before delivering 22 points and 21 boards versus Penn College on Saturday. Across the two games, she averaged 18.5 points and 19 rebounds while shooting efficiently and providing steady production on both ends of the floor, adding five steals, two assists and a block on the week. Her 17 rebounds at Saint Vincent broke the Mounties' all-time rebounding record (700).

Kosmack put together back-to-back strong performances on the road, averaging 17 points and 14 rebounds across two games in the Nan Nichols Classic at Wooster. She scored 16 points on 6-for-17 shooting against Wooster, to go along with 16 rebounds, four assists, three steals and a block. Kosmack followed that up by an 18-point effort on 7-for-14 shooting against Grove City, while also grabbing 12 rebounds, dishing out four more assists and adding five blocks and a steal. For the week, she averaged 17 points and 14 rebounds, while adding eight assists, four steals, and six blocks.

Boyer registered a double-double with 16 points and a career-high 18 rebounds in the win over Brockport on Saturday. Boyer also added seven assists and two steals, while shooting 50 percent from the floor and 80 percent from the free throw line.
