Darius finished with a team-high 15 points while shooting 5 of 9 (56%) from the field and a perfect 4 of 4 at the free throw line. He also added four rebounds, three assists and a block. In the AMCC playoffs, Lawrence averaged 18.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.5 steals while shooting 54.5% (12-22) from the field and a perfect 10-10 at the free throw line. He was named to the AMCC All-Conference Tournament Team.

He also contributed six blocks to tie for the fourth-most blocks in a game in Lions history. On the week, Gardner-Nicholson averaged 19.0 points per game, 12.3 rebounds per game, 4.3 blocks per game, and 1.0 steal per game. He also shot an impressive 75.0% from the field.
