Oli Kraynik, Alfred State College, Women's Cross Country

Kraynik was the first Pioneer to cross the line at the Brockport Invitational and recorded the top time in the AMCC this past weekend, completing the 5k course in 21:02.5.

RUNNER OF THE WEEK: Alfred State JR Oli Kraynik was the first Pioneer to cross the line at the Brockport Invitational and recorded the top time in the AMCC this past weekend, completing the 5k course in 21:02.5.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Carlow SR Ella Cloak led all runners with a personal best 5k time of 21:51.2 to lead Carlow to a first place team finish at the La Roche tri-meet.
