RUNNER OF THE WEEK: Franciscan SO Alison Bryant took 58th against DIII teams and 139th overall at the Cedarville University All-Ohio Meet, leading the team to a 12th place DIII finish with a 25:29.0 finish.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Hilbert FR Abigail Dent continues to improve her times, this weekend trimming off almost 60-seconds from her previous personal best 6K time...La Roche SO Aaliyah Rawlings ran her second fastest 6k of the season this past Friday at the Chatham Invitational in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. Rawlings dropped an amazing minute and 20 seconds off her last invite at Penn St. Behrend (9/13).
