WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY TEAMS COMPETE AT NCAA REGIONALS

The Penn State Behrend women's cross country team placed 16^th with a team score of 503 at NCAA Regional Championships on Saturday, hosted by Fredonia.

Lindsey Hartle was the top finisher for the Lions with a time of 25:14.8 for 91^st place out of 154 runners. Rounding out the top 100 for Behrend was Bethany Litwiler who registered 96^th place with a season-best mark of 25:37.9. Freshman Baylee Dernar and Alivia Hetrick were the next runners to cross the finish line. Dernar delivered a 104^th-place finish with a time of 26:08.9 and Hetrick recorded a time of 26:41.8 for 113^th, respectively. 

The Alfred State College women's cross country team had one finish inside the top 100 at NCAA Niagara Regionals. Sophomore Oli Kraynik was the first Pioneer, and AMCC, finisher with a time of 24:57.8 to take 83^rd place. Ava Sylvester was next across the line with a time of 26:46.2 for 116^th place. Caity Strecker was the final ASC finisher as she took 136^th place with a time of 28:24.2.

New York University was victorious with a team score of 32, followed by Geneseo (36) and Rochester (107)
