BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona FR Gianna Slusser (131) lost 14-3 to Sacred Heart's Bella Sowards in the first round. After moving down to the consolation, she advanced to the next round with a victory by injury over East Stroudsburg's Cadence Howard. Slusser kept moving forward in the consolation round of 16, earning a 14-4 victory by superiority over Lincoln Memorial's Sophia Walls, then proceeded to post a 7-3 win by points against Frostburg's Nadia Ungurean. Next, Slusser rattled off a 7-2 win by points over Bluefield State University's Emma Flannagan to move to the consolation round of four. Her day came to an end against Gannon University's Joelle Scott, who recorded an 11-0 victory by superiority over Slusser.
