PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Mt. Aloysius OH Lindsey Mercer led the Mounties to an AMCC conference opening weekend split. She led with 16 kills, 36 digs and five blocks during both conference games. She also averaged 3.56 kills/set and had a .269 hitting percentage during conference play. She is second in the conference in kills/set (2.72) and third in total kills (136). 

BEST OF THE REST: Medaille S Simmone Talford racked up 123 assists and 20 kills, while also adding 35 digs and topping the 3,000 assists mark for her career...PS-Altoona OH Amanda Hammer had 35 kills (2.50 kills per set), five aces (0.50 aces per set), 13 digs (0.93 digs per set), and eight total blocks (0.57 blocks per set) in a 3-1 week for the Lady Lions...La Roche OH Toni Torchia averaged 2.5 kpg and 4.86 dpg as La Roche went 3-1 to to tie for the best record in the York College Invitational...PS-Behrend DS Maddie Auld led the Lions to a pair of conference wins with 17 kills and only three errors on 50 attempts and added 18 digs, four aces and four blocks....Franciscan OH Christina Lawrence finished the week with 26 kills (2.6 kills/set), 34 digs, two service aces and two blocks, leading the Barons to a 2-1 week...Pitt-Bradford OH Mandy Finch racked up a team-high 39 digs, including 15 digs in a 3-0 victory over Pitt-Greensburg, totaling 20 kills and 11 service aces on the week...Hilbert MH Amanda Binder averaged 2.33 kills per set and 1.67digs per set in an 0-3 week for the Hawks
