PENN ST. ALTOONA, PITT-GREENSBURG ADVANCE TO AMCC TENNIS SEMIFINALS
The top seeds advanced in the first round of the AMCC women's tennis tournament on Saturday, with Penn St. Altoona defeating Pitt-Bradford and Pitt-Greensburg dismissing Mount Aloysius College.

tennis tournament on Saturday, with #4 Penn St. Altoona defeating
#5 Pitt-Bradford and #3 Pitt-Greensburg dismissing #6 Mount
Aloysius College. Both matches were won by identical 5-0
scores.

The semifinals will be held Saturday, October 18 at Westwood Racquet Club in Erie, PA. #1 Franciscan University will face the fourth seeded Lions at 3:30pm, while Penn St. Behrend, the #2 seed and defending champion, will take on the third seeded Bobcats in the match to follow.
The championship will be held on Sunday at 11:30am. The winner will receive the conference's automatic bid the NCAA tournament.
