Avery Heisey, Penn State Altoona, Women's Swimming

Heisey had three individual first place finishes and was also part of a relay first place for the Lions during their 168-69 win at W&J on Saturday. The senior prevailed in the 50 Yard Freestyle, recording a time of 26.75, then won the 100 Yard Freestyle in 59.40. Avery pulled off the trifecta with a first place finish in the 50 Yard Butterfly, hitting the pad at 29.64. She was also part of the first place 200 Yard Freestyle Relay team that totaled a time of 1:47.46.
