Kathryn Lewis, Alfred State College, Women's Swimming

SWIMMER OF THE WEEK: Alfred State FR Kathryn Lewis won four individual events and two relays over the weekend in a pair of events for the Pioneers. Lewis won the 1,000 free in 12:05.39 and the 500 free in 5:48.37 vs. Pitt Bradford on Friday. She was also part of the 200 free relay team that won in 1:51.53. On Saturday, Lewis was a double winner at the Pioneer Invitational. She won the 200 free in 2:09.53 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:20.93. Lewis was also part of the winning 200 free relay in 1:52.79.

BEST OF THE REST: Pitt-Bradford SO Kayla Broad picked up two wins on the road at Alfred State Friday, capturing the 200-freestyle (2:11.72) and the 100-butterfly (1:09.89), and then finished second in the 50-freestyle (27.03) at Saturday's tri-meet...PS-Behrend FR Paola Maldonado was a double individual winner this weekend at Pitt-Bradford, winning the 50 and 100 freestyle. In the 50, she touched the wall in 26.34 and in the 100 she won in 57.70...Franciscan SR Elizabeth McNulty clinched first in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:40.90 and in the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:23.19 and also helped her teammates in the 200-yard medley relay to secure fourth with a time of 2:22.95.
