PITT-BRADFORD'S PRAGER HEADS ALL-CONFERENCE TEAM AND AWARD WINNERS
Pitt-Bradford freshman Elizabeth Prager is the AMCC Women's Swimmer of the Year, leading a field of talented first year competitors in the conference.
Pitt-Bradford freshman Elizabeth Prager is the
AMCC Women's Swimmer of the Year, leading a field of talented first
year competitors in the conference. Prager was one of three
freshmen who tied as high point scorer at the AMCC championship
earlier this month, winning the 500 freestyle, 100 backstroke and
200 backstroke.
Cabrini College freshman Christina Melchiorre was
voted Newcomer of the Year. Melchiorre, also a high point
scorer at the meet, won the 50, 100 and 200 freestyle events.
Cabrini coach Cindy Ikeler was selected as the
Women's Coach of the Year after leading the Cavaliers to their
first ever AMCC title
Diver of the Year honors went to Franciscan University sophomore
Kelli Rankin, who won on both the 1m and 3m
boards.
