DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: PS-Behrend GK Madi Jones tallied her second win in between the pipes, making three saves for her second shutout in a 1-0 victory against Mt. Aloysius on Saturday.

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona GK Adeline Baustert picked up her first collegiate win and first collegiate shutout in the Lions' 1-0 victory over non-conference opponent Saint Vincent College last Tuesday, recording three saves to keep the visiting Bearcats off of the scoreboard and helping to preserve her team's first win of the year...Medaille D Kelsey Matuszak got a lot of action back on defense -- she was playing strong defense all throughout both games, as the scores do not reflect how valuable she was for the Mavs.
