Martin (149) led the Wildcats to a third-place team finish at the Ithaca Invitational with a team-high 21.5 points scored. Martin went a perfect 5-0 individually, as he posted two falls, a tech fall and two decisions to claim gold in his season debut.

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend FR Mason Savitz (165) won his second straight tournament, going undefeated to win first place at 165. Savitz started with his team-leading fourth pin, then an 11-5 decision before a major decision to advance to the championship match, he then won by forfeit to teammate Steffan Lynch in the finals...Alfred State SR Sean Malenfant (184) finished in second place in the 184 bracket, as he opened the day with a three straight first round falls, before suffering a loss in the first place match to take second...Pitt-Bradford JR Nik Fegert (149) took third place at 149 at the Washington and Jefferson Invitational this past weekend, he won his first two bouts by decision, and then after falling to the eventual weight class winner, pinned his teammate Ray Worsen in 3:35 to secure third place.
