Mariah Stephens, Wells College, Women's Lacrosse (Defensive)
Stephens had an excellent week during which the Express secured two more victories and improved to 5-0 on the season. She directly contributed to these victories by wreaking havoc on opposing offenses, causing four turnovers during the week. She also made sure to get the Express lots of valuable possessions by scooping up 11 ground balls. In addition to her spectacular defense, she also tallied a goal for Wells in their victory over Purchase.

BEST OF THE REST: La Roche D/GK Juliana Hornikel had yet another great game in goal for the Redhawks in their lone matchup against Spalding. Despite falling 11-8, La Roche was minus four starters and Hornikel did everything she could to give the Redhawks a chance to win the game. She made a season high 19 saves, facing 30 shots in the game, while also adding a pair of ground balls and caused a turnover as well.
