SAINT VINCENT BOWLING LANDS ATOP PRESEASON RANKINGS

Saint Vincent College has been named the AMCC front runner in women’s bowling for the 2023-24 season. The Bearcats are the AMCC regular season defending champions, while finishing in the runner-up position at the championship tournament. League coaches expect Pitt-Bradford to finish in the second spot, with Penn State Behrend rounding out the top three.  

Saint Vincent senior Monique Koehler has been named the AMCC Preseason Player of the Year. Koehler is a two-time AMCC all-conference performer, including being named to the first team in 2022 and 2023. She was also a two-time AMCC Player of the Week last season. Koehler was named MVP of the Greater Pittsburgh Collegiate Classic Tournament on Jan. 14, 2023.

The AMCC Championship will be held March 22-24 at Pines Plaza Lanes in Pittsburgh, PA, with the winner earning the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.
