BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona F Avana Sayles had a big week for the Lions in a 1-1 week of AMCC play, as she finished with 15 points and four rebounds in Wednesday night's loss at La Roche, she then followed that up by scoring 20 points and grabbing 21 rebounds in a win at Pitt-Bradford on Saturday for her 11th double-double of the season, while also adding four steals, two blocks, and one assist. Her total of 21 rebounds set a new Penn State Altoona women's basketball single-game record for rebounds...La Roche G Danajah Sanders finished out her final week of the regular season strong, averaging 19.5 points, 4.0 assists, and 3.0 steals per game as the Redhawks went 2-0 on the week to finish the regular season undefeated in conferece play, she started out the week by scoring 20 points to go along with five assists and four steals in a win over PS-Altoona before adding 19 points, three assists, and two steals in a win over Alfred State on Saturday...PS-Behrend G Rachel Majewski averaged 21.0 points and 3.0 rebounds in a 2-0 week for the Lions, as she scored 23 points in 24 minutes while shooting 52.6 percent from the floor against Alfred State before adding 19 points and six rebounds vs. Pitt-Greensburg.
