Wade had a dominant week at the plate this past week, as she helped lift the Redhawks to a 3-1 mark in AMCC play. In the opener against Mt. Aloysius, Wade went 2-for-4 with a double, run scored and a pair of RBI. She followed in game two with a 3-for-4 showing, hitting two more doubles, scored two runs and drove in one. In Friday's doubleheader against Hilbert, Wade was nearly impossible to get out. In game one, she went 5-for-6 with a double, two runs scored, three RBI and a stolen base, followed by yet another 5-for-6 outing in game two, with two more doubles, three runs scored and four more RBI. For the week, Wade finished with a .750 batting average (15-for-20), a 1.050 slugging percentage, six doubles, eight runs scored and drove 10 RBI.

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona OF Riley Best continued to swing at hot bat for the Lions in home doubleheader splits with AMCC opponents Pitt-Greensburg and Alfred State last week, as she batted .533 (8-for-15) with seven RBI, five runs scored, three home runs, two stolen bases, and one walk, posting a .563 on-base percentage and slugging 1.133...Pitt-Bradford P/SS Krislyn Clement was 5-for-8 with a home run, two doubles, five runs scored, and five RBI in a sweep of Carlow, tallying 10 total bases in the doubleheader, in the comeback victory in game one, she went 4-for-5 with five RBI and a home run...Alfred State C Nicole Youngberg helped lead the Pioneers to a split against PS-Altoona, as she went 3-for-7 on the weekend with a triple, and a double, for one RBI, and a walk...Mount Aloysius OF Ava Doyle went 4-for-8 (.500) with four runs scored and two RBI over three games this past week for the Mounties, the highlight of the week came in the win over La Roche, where she went 3-for-4 with three doubles and scored three times...Carlow C/INF Deborah Garza hit 3-for-5 with two RBI at Pitt Bradford Saturday.
