Koptcho put together a strong week in the circle, going 2-1 with a 1.31 ERA across three starts while tossing 16.0 innings and striking out 16. She opened the week with a 10-strikeout complete game at Penn College and followed with two wins in the sweep at Alfred State, allowing just one earned run over 10.0 innings. Koptcho also reached the 300-career strikeout milestone in game one against Alfred State. In conference play for the Week, Koptcho went 2-0, giving up just one earned run and striking out six for a 0.70 ERA.

BEST OF THE REST: La Roche JR Maura Wade provided a much needed spark inside the circle for the Redhawks this past week as her Saturday performance helped lift La Roche to a sweep of Pitt-Bradford, as she tossed a complete game in game one's 8-4 victory, allowing just two earned runs and seven hits, then in game two, Wade entered in extra innings, pitching the eighth inning, and shut down the Panthers in order, as the Redhawks walked-off Pitt-Bradford 5-4 in the bottom of the eighth, making Wade 2-0 in the circle for the day...Pitt-Greensburg SR Autumn Powell went 2-0 in the circle this past week, picking up two big conference wins, she allowed only four hits and one earned run, while striking out 12 and walking none in her 6.0 innings...PS-Behrend SR Abby Tingley made three appearances this week, collecting a pair of wins including a one-hit shutout against Carlow on Saturday, she then pitched a complete game in a 2-1 win over Marietta on Sunday, for the week she allowed six earned runs on 14 hits and striking out 10 for a 3.15 ERA...PS-Altoona JR Josselyn Nau threw a complete-game shutout in game one of Wednesday's road doubleheader sweep of La Roche, she pitched five shutout innings while allowing only five hits...Pitt-Bradford FR Tae-Lynn Brabant picked up the lone win for the Panthers this week, pitching 2.0 scoreless relief innings in Pitt-Bradford's 8-3 win over Westminster, as she was 1-0 on the week with a 3.89 ERA and five strikeouts.
