RUNNER OF THE WEEK: Franciscan SR Nick Long finished 38th among DIII runners at the All-Ohio Championship with a personal-best time of 26:12.6. Long dropped his previous personal best by 24 seconds in an 8K race. He recorded his fastest 8K time of the season by just under a minute.

  

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend JR Chris Drozynski ran his fastest time (26:58.4) of the season this past weekend at the Mike Woods Invitational hosted by SUNY Geneseo, as he was the first Behrend Lion to cross the finish line on Saturday, placing 35th overall in a field of more than 300 runners...Hilbert FR Matt Domagala completed the Mike Woods Invitational in 32:22, knocking off 20 seconds to his another personal best this season from his race a week ago.
