Nick Long, Franciscan University

Long took sixth overall with an 8K time of 29:06.44 at the W&J Invite, and was the fastest AMCC runner to cross the line. This was the second race in a row that Long led the Barons, his third-fastest time of the season, and it placed him in ninth place of the AMCC top times list for 2016.

RUNNER OF THE WEEK: Franciscan SO Nick Long took sixth overall with an 8K time of 29:06.44 at the W&J Invite, and was the fastest AMCC runner to cross the line. BEST OF THE REST: Hilbert SO Adam Droz ran his career best 8K at the Paul Short Run as he led the Hilbert men through the rolling hills at Lehigh's Goodman Campus in a field of fine runners and outstanding teams...Mount Aloysius FR Majed Alzahrani was the Mount's number 1 runner on the men's team this weekend at the Bobcat Invitational.
