BEST OF THE REST: Mount Aloysius MB Jason Freed anchored the Mount Aloysius defense during a four-match stretch, totaling 15 blocks across the week while averaging 1.15 blocks per set, he recorded five total blocks in straight sets in the conference win at Carlow, and followed that with another five-block performance against Grove City, he then added a total of five more blocks against Houghton and Penn State Behrend while also contributing 23 digs on the week...Hilbert OH Mike Pozzuto had a strong week for the Hawks with 19 digs and 29 receptions passing .931 on the week, with nine kills, an ace and two total blocks...PS-Altoona OH Jack McKenna continued to provide steady defense for the Lions in a three-set home loss to AMCC opponent Penn State Behrend on Saturday afternoon, he totaled nine digs and one solo block whie compiling a .857 reception percentage in serve receive.
