Joseph Sciscio, Penn State Behrend, Men's Volleyball (Defensive)

Sciscio averaged 1.29 blocks per set in a 3-1 week for the Lions. He tallied 14 blocks assists and four solo for 18 blocks total. In the win over Grove City, Sciscio posted eight block assists and one solo. He also added 12 kills and hit .372.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: PS-Behrend MH Joseph Sciscio averaged 1.29 blocks per set in a 3-1 week for the Lions. He tallied 14 blocks assists and four solo for 18 blocks total. In the win over Grove City, Sciscio posted eight block assists and one solo. He also added 12 kills and hit .372.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Hilbert OH Brad Converse had a strong defensive week for the Hawks with 21 digs, receiving 52 serves at .962, adding four blocks, 21 assists, and 13 kills...PS-Altoona MB Landen Fisher had a strong week at the net for the Lions in a pair of home wins over AMCC opponents Mount Aloysius and Houghton, totaling seven block assists to average 0.88 blocks per set on the week.
