BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona OPP Caleb Fries had a strong week defensively for the Lions, helping his team go 3-1 in four non-conference home matches, as he recorded 13 digs, three block assists, and one solo block in Tuesday night's victory over Chatham, then followed that up with five digs and a block assist in Friday evening's win over Randolph, he then picked up 10 digs and four block assists against the WildCats, then posted four digs and two block assists versus the Bison in tri-match sweeps of Randolph and Gallaudet...Carlow S Ryan Callahan led the Celtics defensively as they faced a tough week of five games over four days, as he averaged averaged 1.20 digs per set and added three total blocks.
