DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: PS-Behrend MH Lewis Rhodes averaged 1.64 blocks per set, knocking down a total of 23, including 16 assisted and seven solo blocks. He added 19 kills, five digs and one ace in three matches.

BEST OF THE REST: Hilbert OH George Muriel had a strong defensive showing for the Hawks with 18 digs, and eight total blocks, he also added 12 kills, hitting .250 with 61 assists, and one ace...PS-Altoona L Adam Chan held down the libero spot for Penn State Altoona last week, when his team went 3-0 in the AMCC/PAC Crossover at Penn State Behrend by posting victories over Chatham, Geneva, and Thiel. The freshman totaled 17 digs across the three wins (including 10 digs in a victory over Thiel) and averaged 1.42 digs per set.
