Long recorded 45 digs last week to help lead the Tomcats to a 3-0 week. He recorded 27 digs in two AMCC wins against Penn State Behrend and Penn State Altoona, including 16 against Altoona. He recorded 3.46 digs per set last week, and also had 51 receptions.

BEST OF THE REST: Geneva MB Carter Milroy led Geneva to two wins this past week, including a win over Wells to open AMCC play, as he totaled 12 blocks (1.20 b/s) and 21 digs (2.10 d/s) in Geneva's three matches...PS-Behrend OH Joshua Elegeer averaged 2.40 digs per set in a pair of wins over the weekend, as he recorded double-digit digs vs. Thiel and then posted seven digs in both wins on Saturday, he also added eight assists and six kills for the week...PS-Altoona OH/S Xavier Vang recorded 12 digs in the Lions' AMCC opener versus Thiel, then duplicated that total by finishing with 12 more against Adrian, in two matches he totaled 24 digs and averaged 3.43 digs per set in Saturday's tri-match on the road...Hilbert S Austin Chandler had a strong defensive showing for the Hawks with nine digs, as well as adding 25 assists and three aces...Carlow L Logan Alexander led the Celtics with 22 digs at the Penn State Behrend tri-match Sunday.
