Sulak overcame a 5-4 deficit in the first singles set to win 7-5 against Otterbein, before rolling to a 6-2 win in the second set, helping the Barons to their first win over Otterbein in program history. Sulak and doubles partner John Gallagher cruised at No. 1 doubles against Otterbein, 8-1. The doubles partners played perhaps their best on the year behind baseline dominance from Sulak and Gallagher's net game, they lost only a single game before putting their opponents away 8-1. Against Mount Aloysius, Sulak dropped only one game in singles play before Sulak and Gallagher won five-straight games to win at No. 1 doubles, continuing their three-year streak of undefeated AMCC doubles play.

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona SO Carlos Cevallos posted a 9-8 (7-5) win in No. 3 doubles and an 8-5 win in No. 5 singles to represent the Lions' only two points against Thomas More, he then recorded a 6-0, 6-0 win in No. 5 singles against Bethany and then won 8-1 in No. 3 doubles and 8-2 in No. 5 singles against Waynesburg...PS-Behrend FR Scott Russell went undefeated in doubles and singles play in two matches for the Lions, tallying a 6-0, 6-2 victory at No. 2 singles to help the Lions earn their first conference win, and then posting an 8-2 doubles decision at No. 1...Pitt-Bradford FR Tyler Dugan won both his singles and double matches, helping the Panthers edge Pitt-Greensburg 5-4 in the team's AMCC opener.
