Swanson notched three individual first place finishes in Saturday's win over non-conference opponent Hood, while also being part of a second place relay team. Swanson won the 200 Yard Freestyle with a time of 1:47.16, coming just 0.11 seconds behind the current team record for that swim. He also took first place in the 50 Yard Freestyle with a time of 22.15, just 0.03 seconds behind his own team record for that event. Swanson's third win of the day came in the 100 Yard Backstroke, in which he clocked in at 54.62. Swanson was also part of the 200 Yard Medley Relay team that took second place with a combined time of 1:46.73, coming in just 0.34 seconds behind the first place squad.

BEST OF THE REST: Alfred State FR Westin Perry won a pair of individual events, including the 200 free in 1:49.62, the 100 back in 54.43, and was also part of the winning 200 medley relay team (1:40.66) and the 400 free relay team (3:26.96)...SUNY Delhi SO James Brunt won the 1,000 yard freestyle at 13:51.89 and placed third in the 200 yard backstroke at 2:50.20, while also winning the 200 yard medley relay at 2:14.30.
