Junior Dan Simon set a new pool record atPitt-Bradford while winning the 100 backstroke and leading the Penn State Behrend men's swimming and diving team past Pitt-Bradford 127-74 in AMCC action on Saturday.

Simon swam 51.95 to break the Panthers' pool record and earn his only individual win in the 100 backstroke. Simon was also instrumental in the winning 200 medley relay and 200 free relay. He led off in both relays, helping the 200 medley relay to a time of 1:41.76 and the 200 free relay to 1:32.20.
