PENN STATE BEHREND'S SIMON NAMED SCHOLAR ALL-AMERICAN
For the second straight year, Penn St. Behrend's Dan Simon has been named to the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America First Team for achieving a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher for the academic school year and qualifying for the national championship meet.

For the second straight year, Penn St. Behrend's Dan Simon has been named to the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America First Team for achieving a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher for the academic school year and qualifying for the national championship meet.
Simon, a two-time All-American and AMCC Swimmer of the Year, had his best finish at the NCAA Championships with a ninth place in the 100 backstroke. The junior led the Lions to their eighth consecutive conference title and was a seven-time All-AMCC selection.
