Gaughan posted two shutouts and allowed just one goal in 254:21 minutes this past week. Gaughan made 15 saves, picking up the shutout win in the AMCC opener over Alfred State on Saturday. The only goal that was allowed all week was a PK late in the first half against Washington & Jefferson.

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend D Nick Schwarzel helped the Lions go 2-0 this week with a pair of shutout victories, as he was instrumental in holding Grove City to just one shot in 90 minutes, and then scored the game-winning goal on a penalty kick in a 1-0 win over Mt. Aloysius to keep Behrend undefeated at 7-0...PS-Altoona D Connor Kiley had an all-around strong week for the Lions, contributing defensively and in the attack, as the starting defender's week was highlighted by a two-goal performance in Saturday's victory over AMCC opponent D'Youville, the sophomore's first career multi-goal game...Mount Aloysius GK Tucker Hays went 1-1 on the week, playing all 90 minutes against nationally-ranked Penn State Behrend, and only gave up one goal, via a penalty kick, while making two saves on the day...Pitt-Bradford GK Sihle Sizani played all 180 minutes this week, making 16 total saves and earning his second clean sheet of the season against Pitt-Greensburg Saturday, giving the Panthers a 1-0 start to AMCC action...Hilbert GK Tucker Reynolds kept Hilbert in the 2OT draw, giving the Hawks their first positive outcome in 40 games...La Roche GK Austin Gorman recorded his first and second most saves in any games this season against Westminster (8 saves) and Medaille (10 saves), posting an .818 save percentage.
