DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: PS-Altoona GK Sasha Mohoruk tied the Penn State Altoona men's soccer program's single-game saves record on Thursday night, stopping 16 shots between the pipes to help the Lions earn their first win of the season, a 1-0 shutout of Saint Vincent on the road.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Carlow GK Alex Remington made four stops in the first half to earn the win in Carlow's 4-1 victory over Penn State Beaver Tuesday...Alfred State GK Alexander Preston helped lead the Pioneers to a 1-1 week, as he tallied two saves on the week.
