The Lions placed fifth out of six teams with a team score of 328. The Tartans won thanks to the individual medalist in George Quinn with a 69. Carnegie Mellon came in first place with a 295 and Grove City took second with a 302. Point Park was third (306).
Stinson recorded a 37 on the front nine and 34 on the back for a 71 score to tie for third place. Sophomore Zac McCue was second on the team and 17th overall on the day with a 79 total. He tallied a 42 on the first nine and a 37 on the back.
Junior Alex Shindledecker made up for the 50 on the front with a 38 on the back nine holes for an 88 to finish 20th overall. Freshman Mark Peters was fourth on the team, registering a 48-42 for a 90 at his second outing this season.
