Belton had a huge week for the Mavs, leading them to a 2-0 week with wins over previously undefeated Penn State Behrend and Mount Aloysius. Belton averaged 24.5 points per game, shooting 61.9% from the field and was a perfect 14-14 on free throw attempts. He scored 25 points in a tight six point win over the Lions and then added 24 points in the victory over Mount Aloysius, doing so in only 22 minutes of action. He also averaged 5.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game. Belton is currently second in the AMCC averaging 20.5points per game in AMCC contests.

BEST OF THE REST: Pitt-Bradford G Fateem Brockington played a big role in the Panthers going 2-0 last week , including knocking off Penn State Behrend, snapping a 12-game losing skid to the Lions, he averaged 17 points and six assists and had a season-high 19 points in the win over Penn State Altoona...Franciscan F Juwan Perkins averaged a double-double for the Barons, including 16 points and nine rebounds in FUS' 87-72 win over Pitt.-Greensburg and finished the week with 15 points and 11 rebounds against D'Youville on Saturday...La Roche G Evan Bonnaure averaged 13.5 points, 4.0 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists in a 2-0 week for La Roche, as he had 14 points, five rebounds and four assists against Mt. Aloysius and then 13 points and hit 5 of 8 field goals against Penn State Altoona...Hilbert F Nick Parucki led the Hawks this week with 18 points and four rebounds per game and was able to control the paint on both ends of the floor by shooting 63 percent from the field and averaging 2.5 blocks per contest...Mount Aloysius F Darryl Sanders scored 20 points, including the game-tying basket, in a narrow loss to league leader La Roche...D'Youville F Jake Socha had a strong outing against Franciscan in the team's big conference win over the Barons as he scored 32 points and added nine rebounds in the 73-65 giving the Spartans their third conference win of the season...PS-Altoona G/F Anton Lucas scored 15 points, grabbed seven rebounds, dished out three assists, had two steals, and blocked one shot against UPB and followed that up with 14 points, seven rebounds, four assists, three steals, and one block against league-leading La Roche.
