ROZICH, MORSE EARN D3HOOPS ALL-REGION HONORS

Pitt-Greensburg senior forward Trent Rozich and Hilbert College junior forward Larry Morse were named to the D3hoops.com All-Region 7 Team, announced on Monday.

Rozich, the AMCC Player of the Year, was named to the Region 7 Second Team. An AMCC first-team selection, Rozich started in all 25 contests for the Bobcats, scoring in double digits in every game. He recorded four double-doubles and a triple-double on the season. Rozich led Pitt-Greensburg in minutes per game (33.6), points per game (16.8), rebounds per game (7.0) and total assists (112). He was second on the team in blocks and third on the team in steals, finishing the regular season fifth in the AMCC in points per game, fourth in rebounds per game, fourth in field goal percentage and second in assists.

Morse, also an AMCC first team honoree, was named to the Region 7 Third Team. He finished the season tied for 11th in the AMCC in both field goal percentage (61.49) and double doubles (11 total). Morse also ranked 14th nationally in made field goals (206). Morse began the season earning a spot on the 15th Annual Hawks vs Hunger Tournament All-Tournament Team in November and was named AMCC Player of the Week three times throughout the season.
