NABC ANNONUCES ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AWARD, HONORS COURT

The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced the Penn State Behrend men's basketball team as recipients of the 2021-22 NABC Team Academic Excellence Award along with nine AMCC players named to the NABC Honors Court for outstanding achievement in the classroom.

The Lions receive the team award for carrying a GPA of 3.0 or higher and had seven with a cumulative GPA eclipse 3.2, receiving the individual accolades. Austin Ryan, Jacob Zeis, John Fukon, Kenny Fukon, RJ Marsh, Seth Myersand Stephen Humphries each represent the Behrend Lions as Honors Court selections, helping Behrend to be one of over 300 programs deserving of the NABC Team Academic Excellence Award.

Additional AMCC men's basketball players who were named to the NABC Honors Court include Hilbert College junior Zach Miller and Penn State Altoona senior Dominic Frucella.
