The AMCC Men's Basketball Game of the Week features the Pitt-Greensburg Bobcats ant the Pitt-Bradford Panthers, as both schools sit a 1-1 in conference play.
The Bobcats are coming into the AMCC Game of the Week looking to right the ship after dropping a game against La Roche over a week ago. Pitt-Greensburg is being led by senior G JoJo France and his 19.5 points per game which is good for second in the conference. France is also closing in on 1,000 career points and has it within reach against the Panthers. Sophomore F Reggie Priah has exploded in conference play, averaging 17.5 points per game so far agaisnt AMCC opponents. Along with Priah, the Bobcats' bench came alive against the Redhawks, coming a season-high 34 points against. Junior G/F Micah Jones led the team in scoring off the bench against La Roche. This will be the Bobcats third and last conference game until the New Year as Pitt-Greensburg has a jam-packed conference schedule in January and February.
The Panthers enter the matchup with a 5-4 overall record and a 1-1 record in AMCC Play. They are led by reigning AMCC Player of the Week and AMCC scoring leader, freshman guard Isaiah Archie. Archie is averaging 23.9 points per game and has scored at least 32 points in four of his last five contests. Last Week he averaged 32.5 points per game, while scoring 32 on 14-18 from the field against Penn State-Altoona. Junior Nathan Schneider is averaging a double-double through nine games, scoring 19.0 points and grabbing 10.0 rebounds per game. Junior guard Greg Archie is the only other Panther to average double figures, scoring 11.1 points per game.
