Behrend is riding a five-game winning streak and is a perfect 8-0 in AMCC action. The Lions are led by a balanced offensive attack, as forwards Justin Gorny and Dan Wanker average 14.9 and 13.9 points per game, respectively. Shap shooting guard Andy Niland adds 11.9 points per game, while Wanker pulls in 6.9 rebounds per game and Gorny adds 5.5.
The Redhawks are also on a five-game winning streak and have suffered just one conference loss, which came at Medaille College in mid-December. La Roche guard Trell Thomas ranks second in the conference with his 16.4 points per game, while guard Ray Quan Phifer is fifth with 14.8. Redhawk guard Dion Etheridge and forward Arnes Bajgora lead the team in rebounds, bringing down 6.1 and 6.0 rebounds per game, respectively.
