McWilliams tossed four innings of relief where he did not allow a single hit, and struck out three. McWilliams threw two innings at Mount Union and totaled three strikeouts. He played a vital role in the 8-6 victory over Penn State Behrend when he was brought on in the eighth inning with bases loaded and no outs. McWilliams proceeded to get his first batter to ground into a double play and the next batter to fly out for the final out of the inning. He then sent all three batters down in order in the ninth to earn his first save of the season.

BEST OF THE REST: Alfred State SR Garrett Mack tossed his third straight gem, as he threw a complete game five hitter as the Pioneers defeated Medaille 11-1, allowing just five hits and one unearned run while walking two and striking out 13, while not letting up an earned run in any of his last three starts...Mount Aloysius JR Mike McCourt threw a three hit complete game shutout in a 7-0 win over Medaille After allowing a single in the first and two hits to start the second, McCourt retired the final 18 batters in a row to pick up his fifth win of the year...PS-Altoona JR Aaron Sharp had a strong week on the mound for the Lions, helping his team go 2-0 in his two starts, as he picked up the win over UPB after going seven innings and allowing just two runs on three hits and a walk while striking out five batters, then in Sunday's 13-4 victory at AMCC foe Hilbert, he pitched a pair of scoreless innings and allowed just one hit while recording three strikeouts, finishing the week 1-0 with a 2.00 ERA, pitching nine innings and allowing two runs on four hits and one walk...PS-Behrend SR Phil Myers threw his second complete game of the season to remain undefeated on the mound at 4-0 in game one against Pitt-Greensburg on Saturday, as he allowed four hits and one earned run for a 1.29 ERA...Pitt-Bradford JR Andrew Bacha threw a complete-game victory at Penn State-Altoona in the first part of Wednesday's doubleheader, striking out six Lions while scattering four hits and surrendering just one earned run...Hilbert SO Zachary Crane didn't allow a single earned run and struck out eight in a complete game win over D'Youville on Thursday, marking his second complete game of the season, which puts him in a tie for the most in the AMCC...La Roche JR Tre Thomas allowed just one earned run over nine innings against two of the top teams in the country.
