Rohrer helped the Lions to a 5-2 victory Wednesday against Medaille. The senior righty tossed a 9-inning complete game four-hitter to earn his third win of the season. Rohrer struck out 12 and allowed just one earned run in nine innings of work. He now has the most innings pitched in the conference (37.0) while holding the third-best ERA (2.19), second most strikeouts (44), and second-best strikeouts per nine (10.70).

BEST OF THE REST: Mount Aloysius SR Rodney Patterson appeared in two games for the Mounties this week, pitching the final two innings in the Mounties' win over PSU Altoona and then throwing a complete game against Hilbert allowing only one run, while striking out seven...Medaille SO Peter Grunzweig recorded the complete game victory over Behrend by striking out three and giving up five hits and no earned runs...Hilbert SO Michael Goodberry appeared in all three of the Hawks games this past week tossing 4.1 innings, allowing just one earned run, and picked up the win against Elmira going 1.1 shutout innings out of the pen...La Roche SO Nick Tunstall was electric in the Redhawks' 17-2 victory over Pitt-Greensburg, earning the win and scattering just two hits over seven scoreless innings...PS-Altoona SR Mike Marley had an excellent start on the mound last Tuesday afternoon to lead the Lions to a big win over AMCC opponent Mount Aloysius, pitching 8 2/3 innings of the 9-inning game to record his first win of the season, limiting the Mounties to eight hits and just three earned runs while striking out nine opposing batters...Pitt-Bradford SO Ryan Boyer improved to 3-1 on the season by scattering four hits and two runs over six innings in 10-3 win over Pitt-Greensburg, striking out seven.
