Pitt-Greensburg has won three straight, including a big sweep over conference leaders Mount Aloysius College on Wednesday afternoon. Senior infielder Tyler Holland leads the Bobcast offense with a .364 batting average, while Chris Common's 22 RBI is tops on the team. Andy Prentice leads the Bobcats on the mound with a 2.96 ERA and 26 strikeouts.
The Pitt-Bradford Panthers enter the weekend tied for the longest active win streak in the AMCC of four straight, having swept both D'Youville College (April 6) and Hilbert College (April 10). Junior first baseman Matt Hair has hit safely in five-straight games and has boosted his conference batting average to .440 with 12 RBI. Senior catcher Austin Parent leads the AMCC with a .527 on-base percentage overall while Kevin Rehak's nine doubles are tied for second in the conference.
