MOUNTIES' GREENFIELD HEADS MEN'S BASKETBALL ALL-CONFERENCE TEAM
Mount Aloysius College senior guard Shawn Greenfield, who was ranked as one of the highest scorers in NCAA Division III this past season, leads an all-star cast as the AMCC Player of the Year.

Greenfield, who was ranked as one of the highest scorers
in NCAA Division III this past season, leads an all-star cast as
the AMCC Player of the Year. Twice named AMCC Player of the
Week, Greenfield finished the year with a 26.0 ppg scoring
average.
Penn St. Altoona freshman forward Evan Greening
was named Newcomer of the Year. Greening was the second
highest scorer in the league with 19.4 ppg and ranked #2 in
rebounds as well (10.6 rpg). Defensive Player of the Year
honors were shared by D'Youville College junior center Julian Reed,
the AMCC's best shot blocker averaging 3.8 bpg, and Penn St.
Behrend junior guard Keith Wallace, whose 2.5 spg led a stingy team
defense that allowed opponents just 57.7 ppg and a 38.4 field goal
percentage.
Behrend head coach David Niland earned Coach of the Year honors
after guiding the Lions to the second consecutive AMCC title and
fifth all-time championship. The Lions finished the regular
season in league play at 15-3 and 23-4 overall.
