KEVIN CONROY TO TAKE OVER AS PITT-GREENSBURG WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL COACH
The Athletics Department at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg is welcoming its newest full time coach to the staff in volleyball coach Kevin Conroy.
The Athletics Department at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg is welcoming its newest full time coach to the staff in volleyball coach Kevin Conroy. Conroy, a native of Flint, Michigan has spent the last six years as a club and high school head coach in northern Virginia.
As a club coach, Conroy took both the Manassas Volleyball Club and Core VA Volleyball Club to the AAU and USAV National Championship Tournaments. He was also the varsity head coach at Potomac Senior High School in Dumfries, Virginia. He was named Coach of the Year in his second season at the helm of Potomac as he developed two second team all-district players in each of his two season as head coach.
Conroy earned a master's degree in Program and Project Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2018. He is relocating from Northern Virginia where he and his wife, Becky, have lived and raised their three children for more than 20 years.
