Ryder Fisher, Swimmer of the Week, Penn St. Altoona
Fisher posted outstanding performances in a 1-1 week for the Lions. In a loss to Salisbury on Friday, he tallied three individual first place finishes. He was first in the 100 Yard Butterfly, clocking in at 55.60. Later in the evening, Ryder picked up another first place finish when he won the 50 Yard Butterfly in 24.93. His third victory came in the 200 Yard IM, in which he finished with a time of 2:14.55. In his team's win over Bethany on Saturday, Ryder placed first in the 200 Yard IM with a time of 2:15.43, then won the 100 Yard Butterfly in 55.45. He was also part of the 200 Yard Medley Relay team that finished first with a time of 1:48.55.

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend FR Mark Patterson set a new team record in the 1000 free, touching in first with a time of 10:09.50, nearly two seconds faster than the record set back in 2011...Cabrini SR Sean Tallon led the Cabrini men's side after another strong performance in the 1,000 yard freestyle, placing first in 11:18.56 and also scoring a third place finish in the 500 yard freestyle, after reaching the wall in 5:27.09.
